For the benefit of consumers' safety, we stopped sales and exchanges of the Galaxy Note7 and have consequently decided to stop production. Consumer with either an original Galaxy Note 7 or
replacement Galaxy Note 7 device should power down and stop using the device and take advantage of the exchange or refund.
In Cambodia, all Galaxy Note7 owners will be offered one of the following:
* Exchange the Galaxy Note7 for a Galaxy S7 edge + $170 ($70 for price gap difference between Note 7 & S7 edge + $100 extra cash) or;
* Exchange the Galaxy Note7 for a Galaxy Note 5 + $210 cash ($110 for price gap difference between Note 7 & Note 5 + $100 extra cash)
* Return the Galaxy Note 7 for full refund.
The exchange and refund program will take place from 10th to 30th November 2016 at Samsung’s authorized master dealers in Cambodia.
1. For customers who have purchased directly from Samsung’s authorized master dealers (KLD, Apsara and Nika), please visit Samsung Experience Store KLD on Monivong Blvd opposite Phnom Penh Tower, Samsung Experience Store Apsara on Neruh Blvd near Depo market or Samsung Experience Store Nika on Monivong Blvd near Bokor traffic light respectively.
2. For customers who have not purchased from Samsung’s authorized master dealers above, please visit phone shop where you have bought so that they can assist for the exchange or refund with authorized master dealers.
